3/1/24 to start the day, thot energy drink.

10am.

11:30.

Then I whipped up a pancake of sorts, which I have made consecutivly with slight alterations for the past three mornings. recipe:

seperate white and yolk from three eggs. whip the whites with a little sugar into a meringue add the yolks, 20g flour, and splenda. It was best cooked on low in a pan, this morning I decided to cook it on parchment in the air fryer, and it turned into a weird flat cake. It was good anyway.

I also made a light ( diluted with a lot of water) coffee

2pm

I was going to go to the gym at four so at two I made a salad with pickled red onion (i made), two battered chicken tender (just egg, flour, and maranated tender cuts), sauerkraut and the works... I prefer to go to the gym on the tail end of digestion, not full & not hungry.

I used the rest of the batter to make a pancake.
